We strive to deliver healthy and well-packed plants to our customers. However, due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please note the following:
• All plant sales are final once shipped.
• We only offer refunds or replacements if the product is damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered.
• To claim a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
